Barrett & Pearl Advisory was not conceived in a conference room. It emerged from years of embedded work inside organizations navigating real complexity: multiple entities, multiple leadership teams, multiple revenue streams, and decisions that could not wait for a clean answer.
Jake Wiig founded Barrett & Pearl as an extension of that primary work, not a departure from it. The firm operates from the same operating intelligence that informs his embedded CFO role, brought deliberately to a small number of external engagements where the strategic fit is clear and the work matters.
